This is something that has been brought up at least a couple of times in the past, but is the Kids channel intended for viewing by children, or for any subject matter related to them?

Now, I realise there can be a very grey area in determining where any video fits in to a category. So I guess I just want to understand where I can or cannot be a Nazi in cleaning out some of the incorrect associations.
