No mention of the good senator's voting record, to the left of Ted 'Swim' Kennedy. No mention of the connection to William Charles "Bill" Ayers, domestic radical terrorist. Biden is such an embarrassment the drive-by media never mentions him if they can help it, and the Taxocrat-controlled do-nothing 10% approval rating Congress put a total frigging useless idiot like Nancy Pelosi 3rd in line should something have happened to Bush/Cheney.

The photo doesn't attempt to be realistic, so it's partially just "satire," and it's not in bad taste the way photoshopping Obama's head onto a terrorist would be. However, it's shown too quickly in this video for those parts to be noticeable without pausing it.
